Mission Statement
We are a group of condo owners at Liliuokalani Gardens who have come together because of our shared values and concern over recent decisions by the current board of directors. We feel that honesty, integrity and transparency are very important in the communication process for and between all owners, and we hope to serve as a potential oversight factor in dealings with our board.
We would like to ensure that all owners’ interests are accurately represented, and the buildings’ infrastructure is wisely maintained. We believe that thorough investigations and common sense are important for decisions about our buildings’ investments and expenditures. We are supportive of initiatives that encourage financial prudence in the spirit of Aloha, as we have great respect for everyone’s contribution towards our maintenance fees.
