During the initial stage of establishing COLGW, we needed to address the various areas of concern that were mentioned in the current BOD Reserve Study. Fortunately we have owners whose job is equipment repair and maintenance, as well as some who are engineers and contractors. We relied on their knowledgeable input to accurately assess the situation, look at our buildings' history, and come up with viable alternative options to the current BOD $11,000,000 assessment. COLGW wants to retain people in these fields as part of our team, so that we are not taken advantage by contractors or fail to properly maintain the components of our buildings.
